1. Our Services

Norvas is an all-in-one platform that provides website building, mobile app (APK/AAB) generation, social media management, and managed digital advertising campaigns. The specific features available to you depend on the subscription plan you choose.

  • You are responsible for the content you publish on websites you build.
  • Websites you create must comply with applicable law and must not contain unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • We may suspend access to content or accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@norvas.org if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges through your chosen payment method. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period (see our Refund Policy).

  • Nigerian customers pay securely via Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD).
  • International customers pay via PayPal or cryptocurrency through NowPayments.
  • All prices are displayed on the pricing page and may change with notice.

4. Ad Campaign Management

Where your plan includes managed advertising, you grant us permission to create and manage campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Search on your behalf, subject to your brief and applicable platform policies. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for platform decisions or changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on norvas.org — including software, design, branding, and copy — is the intellectual property of Norvas Digital. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the site or services without written consent. You retain ownership of the content you upload to build your own websites.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform to:

  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other harmful content.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

Norvas Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be announced on the website.
